For all appointments that had been cancelled during the COVID-19 closure and for all patients with upcoming appointments, our team will be contacting you to reschedule.
We have implemented changes to maintain a safe environment for our patients and for our team. Our team will provide you with these details prior to your appointment. Please know safety is our first priority.
Appointments: All visits to the clinic will be by appointment only. Visits include your eye exam appointment, purchasing eyewear or if you require an adjustment/repair.
Electronic paperwork: In preparation for your visit, paperwork will be sent to you by email which is required to be completed and submitted two days prior to your appointment.
Safety: All patients must arrive wearing a mask and will be asked to sanitize your hands prior to entering the clinic. Patients and our team will under go a COVID-19 health declaration upon arrival to the clinic.
Social Distancing: Please arrive to your appointment alone and at your specified appointment time to allow for social distancing requirements. Children must be accompanied by one parent only.
Disinfection & Cleaning: We have increased our already thorough disinfection and cleaning procedures throughout the clinic.
White Glove Service: Our eye wear gallery will provide white glove service. All frames will only be handled by our team and will be disinfected afterwards.
